What is NeurOptimal® Brain Training?

NeurOptimal® is a gentle, non-invasive form of neurofeedback. While you relax and listen to music, small sensors on your scalp read your brain's activity in real time. Brief pauses in the music act as feedback signals, giving your brain information about its own patterns so it can begin to update them naturally. There's nothing you need to do. No diagnosis required. No electricity or stimulation is sent into the brain. Just a quiet, restorative experience that supports your brain to do what it does best, adapt and restore.
