Can I use my mental health care plan or private health care for your services?

Neurofeedback brain training is not covered by Medicare or most private health funds in Australia. This is largely because it is not classified as a clinical or allied health treatment - since NeurOptimal® is a self-regulating system that does not involve diagnosis or medical treatment, insurers typically don't provide rebates

What is a discovery call session?

A discovery call is a casual, no-pressure phone chat. It usually lasts around 15 to 30 minutes. It's a chance for you to ask questions and for us to get a feel for each other, so we can both decide if we're a good fit before committing to anything.

Are you registered with a professional association?

​Yes! I am a certified practising registrant of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).

What is your cancellation policy?

​Life happens, I get it. If you need to postpone or cancel an appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged the full session fee.

What is your confidentiality policy?

​Your privacy matters. I adhere to the Code of Ethics set out by the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). You can find more details on the PACFA website.
