A Bit About Me

Hi, I'm Angela.

I discovered neurofeedback brain training through my counselling work. I began to realise that talking things through could only go so far, and that sometimes the nervous system needed support too, not just the mind.

 

So I tried it myself. Over 20 sessions, I experienced something I hadn't expected. A deep sense of calm. Less reactivity. More clarity. And honestly, it just feels good in a way that's hard to put into words.

That personal experience changed everything about how I work with people.

What I love about neurofeedback brain training is that it's gentle and completely organic. It doesn't push or prescribe. It just gives the brain valuable information and trusts it to do the rest.

 

My work combines brain training with a broader look at all areas of your life, helping you notice where you're stuck, build on your strengths, and move forward feeling clearer and becoming a better version of yourself.
