Sometimes it helps to speak with someone outside your inner circle, someone who can hold space without judgement or expectation. There's no agenda here, no pressure to arrive with the right words or a tidy version of what's going on. You're welcome to show up exactly as you are.
The Wellness Wheel
The different parts of our lives are always in conversation with each other. How we feel in our bodies affects how we show up in our relationships. How we're doing at work spills into how we sleep. How connected we feel to something meaningful shapes everything else. I use the Wellness Wheel as a starting point - a simple but powerful way to look at the different areas of your life and notice which ones are singing, and which might be calling for a little more attention. Physical, emotional, relational, spiritual and professional. Often it's the connections between these areas that tell the most interesting story.
Alongside dynamical brain training, I use a person-centred approach and structured reflective tools to explore what's working well and where there's room to grow. Together, we identify your strengths and gently focus on the areas that may need some attention.
What We Might Explore Together
Wellbeing looks different for everyone. You might be moving through a big life change, feeling a little lost or disconnected, noticing that your energy or motivation has dipped, or simply sensing that something is out of alignment even if you can't quite name it yet.

You don't need to be in crisis to reach out. Many people come simply because they want to feel better than they currently do and that's a good enough reason.
How It Works
Sessions are held in a relaxed, confidential environment. We work at your pace, following what feels most relevant and useful to you. Where appropriate, counselling and coaching is woven together with NeurOptimal® brain training, supporting both your nervous system and your thinking mind at the same time. Many people find this combination particularly powerful, as the brain training can create a quieter internal space that makes reflection and insight feel more accessible.
